As a result of the enemy shelling, several buildings were damaged, and multiple vehicles were also hit. In addition to the two fatalities, there are at least 12 reported injuries.

Currently, emergency rescue operations are ongoing at the strike site.

Situation in the Region

According to the Regional State Administration, on the past day, November 21, Russian forces shelled border areas and settlements in the Sumy region 9 times. A total of 23 explosions were recorded in the region.

The communities of Khotyn, Belopillia, Krasnopillia, and Lebedyn were targeted by the attacks. The latter was also hit by a missile. As a result of the shelling, four private homes, a non-residential building, and an educational institution were damaged.
