This is reported by LIGA.net citing a source within the command of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to the publication's source, inspections will be conducted in units where soldiers are actively transferred through the electronic system, as well as in those from which personnel escape to SOCH to later reintegrate into other combat units.
Following these inspections, commanders who fail to safeguard their personnel, neglect their well-being, or engage in inappropriate conduct will be reassigned to different positions and barred from working with troops.
On November 12, the government adopted a resolution that established a transparent mechanism for soldier transfers between military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This pertains to transfers initiated by the soldiers themselves, as explained by President Volodymyr Zelensky.
Transfers can be made through the “Army+” app. Verification of reports takes 72 hours, and results can be viewed in the same application. In the event of a denial, clear reasons must be provided.
Today, November 22, marks the seventh day since this feature was launched. The Ministry of Defense reported that 2664 electronic reports have already been processed, 811 of which have received approval.
