Commemoration of the Heroes of Kruty

Residents of Kharkiv and public representatives gathered at the city cemetery. It is here that Valentin Otamanovsky, a participant in the events of 1918, is buried.

"The fact that he is buried here in Kharkiv and that young people come here every year is very positive. I am grateful to Father Hennadiy for finally commemorating him religiously this year, as it had not been done before," noted Galina Kuts, a member of the Kharkiv "Prosvita" council.
