Бронетехника не спасает: Россия сталкивается с серьезными потерями на Курщине.

This is reported by Forbes.

Failed Assaults of the Occupants in the Kursk Region

The article states that Russian forces are attempting to storm the positions of the Ukrainian soldiers from the 47th Mechanized Brigade, deploying expensive elite equipment in the process. However, so far, these actions have yielded no results for the enemy, and the valuable armored vehicles are merely turning into heaps of smoldering wreckage.

"The Russians are desperately trying to liberate the Kursk region and are suffering enormous losses,” said a drone operator from the 47th Brigade.

Despite this, the publication notes that such massive losses do not imply that Russia is losing the war, as it has been ongoing for four years now. It is indicated that while Ukraine may not be deploying as many vehicles to the front or suffering similar defeats, it also faces significant challenges along the entire front line.

Forbes reported on the latest battles that occurred in the Kursk region, involving the 155th Separate Marine Brigade and the 234th Air Assault Regiment of the Russian Federation. In just three days, the occupiers lost 14 BMPs and three T-80 tanks. Shortly thereafter, the Ukrainian forces eliminated at least four enemy tanks and combat vehicles, as well as another pickup truck.

"These assaults were unusual, as the Russian assault groups, riding in armored vehicles and tanks, began their attacks in broad daylight and approached Ukrainian positions via the same roads they had taken in previous unsuccessful attempts to retake the Kursk region,” the article states.

The enemy group was immediately detected by drones from the 47th Brigade, which then struck the Russian column. The soldiers themselves are puzzled as to why the invaders have been attacking the same location for three months, where they continually face failures.

Russian Losses in the Kursk Region

"The losses of Russia and North Korea in the Kursk region are unacceptable by any reasonable standards. Ukrainian officials have reported 30,000 Russians killed and wounded. Additionally, around four thousand North Korean soldiers have also been reported as killed and wounded, including high-ranking officers. Russia is losing so much armored equipment in the Kursk region that regiments and brigades on other sections of the front lack sufficient resources,” the publication writes.

According to Forbes, Ukraine also requires fresh forces, particularly infantry. Ukrainian authorities have sent thousands of recruits to newly formed brigades, but they are lacking experienced leaders.

"The Russians are expending their last mechanized reserves to gain just a few meters of territory. Meanwhile, the Ukrainians are holding them back and losing personnel. Given the competing dynamics, a major question remains: which army will collapse first?” the article noted.

It is worth mentioning that due to the significant losses of Russian and North Korean troops in the Kursk region, North Korea will send reinforcements to Russia.

Additionally, Ukrainian paratroopers captured a North Korean soldier. He was injured and attempted to take his own life to avoid being captured by the Defense Forces.
