On Friday, January 10th, a Volkswagen Passat collided with a ZAZ "Slavuta" at an intersection in Mykolaiv.

This was reported by a correspondent from "Novosti-N" at the scene of the incident.

Both vehicles were traveling along Bedzaya Street (Chkalova) from the zoo towards 6th Slobodskaya, with the "Slavuta" in the middle lane and the "Passat" in the left lane.

At the intersection, the elderly driver of the ZAZ decided to turn left onto 9th Slobodskaya, failing to yield to the Volkswagen that was approaching from the left.
