Three cars collided at an intersection in Mykolaiv, with one passenger being taken away by an ambulance.

On Friday, December 13, at the intersection of Mira Avenue and 5th Line Street in Mykolaiv, vehicles including an Opel Astra, Volkswagen Passat, and VAZ-2170 Lada Priora were involved in a collision.

This was reported by a correspondent from “Novosti-N” at the scene.

The Opel was traveling along Mira Avenue from the direction of Southern Street towards Victory Square. At the intersection, the driver halted to allow oncoming traffic to pass before making a left turn onto 5th Line Street, heading towards Kherson Highway. At that moment, a following Volkswagen crashed into the rear of the Opel.

Shortly after the initial accident, the Priora also collided with the back of the Volkswagen.

As a result of the accident, a woman, who was a passenger in the Opel, sustained injuries. She was taken away by ambulance from the scene.

The collision caused a significant traffic jam on Mira Avenue in the direction of Victory Square.
