He attached a metal pole with a surveillance camera to his car. Local Telegram channels are spreading the relevant video.

The published footage shows that there are many cars in the yard. However, one of them caught the attention of internet users.

The video also reveals that a metal pole was affixed to the vehicle, secured with a surveillance camera. Most likely, this was done to monitor who parks other cars when the owner is not around.

As a reminder, in Odessa, a taxi driver decided to "teach a lesson" to passengers for being late. He drove away from the pickup location in front of the passengers when they arrived.
