In occupied Ugledar, authorities purchased souvenirs for a substantial amount through a tender process.

The authorities of the occupied village near Mariupol purchased a MacBook for 70 thousand hryvnias, while the Ugledar City Department of Culture and Tourism signed a contract for the production of souvenir items worth 13,900 hryvnias. The city of Ugledar in the Donetsk region was captured by Russians in October 2024.

Relevant information was published in the electronic state procurement system Prozorro. The tender has been completed, and a winner has been selected, who is required to deliver 434 souvenirs by December 22, including: a coat of arms, pysanka, heart, angel, medals, coasters, napkin holder, and box. It was indicated that these items are intended for awards at festive events.

The delivery location specified is the city of Dnipro. Authorities in the occupied territories of Ukraine continue to operate, although they are based in free territories. The reason for the awards and who the Ugledar City Department of Culture and Tourism intends to honor remains unclear.

As reported by "Telegraph," the communal enterprise "Ternopilvodokanal" in Ternopil decided to purchase elite smartphones using budget funds. In the third year of the full-scale war, the enterprise announced a tender for the purchase of four phones. They plan to spend nearly 41 thousand hryvnias to acquire three Samsung Galaxy A05 4/64 Black smartphones and one exclusively red Apple iPhone 13 128Gb smartphone.
