In the night leading to Friday, January 24, Russians launched drone attacks on Ukraine. Specifically, they struck residential buildings in the Kyiv region, resulting in the deaths of three individuals.
According to reports from the State Emergency Service, in the Fastiv district, debris from a drone hit a 10-story residential building, causing a fire and destruction on the 6th and 7th floors. There, a man born in 1988 lost his life. A total of 150 residents were evacuated from the affected building. Rescuers saved an injured man from the 6th floor and a woman who was trapped on the 9th floor. Emergency responders continue to operate at the scene.
3 4 5 6 7Additionally, there are two fatalities in Brovary. Debris from a UAV destroyed a residential building there, leading to a fire that spread over 120 square meters, which has since been extinguished. A couple — a man born in 1966 and his wife born in 1965 — perished in the incident.
8The Ministry of Internal Affairs informed that as a result of the Russian attack in the Brovary district, eight private homes sustained damage. Three vehicles, a store, an outbuilding, and a fence were also affected.
As reported by "Telegraf," early on Thursday morning, January 23, Russians attacked Zaporizhzhia with ballistic missiles. An apartment building was destroyed, and 30 other structures were damaged. According to the latest information, one person was killed, and 54 others were injured.
