The National Police of Ukraine, upon the directive of the Military Recruitment Center (TCK) and Social Protection (SP), is authorized to search for conscripted citizens who have violated military registration. In such cases, electronic military registration documents often indicate "identified violations of military registration rules."
This was elaborated on by representatives of the legal firm "INSEININ." The formal basis for the search is a violation of mobilization, defense, or military registration legislation.
Possible reasons include:
However, often conscripted individuals are unaware of the reasons for their search, as they have not received any summons or committed other violations, the lawyers note.
There are two main ways to obtain official information regarding the reason for the search:
"It is important to note that conscripted individuals who are wanted can be detained and taken to the local TCK and SP for the purpose of drawing up a report on the commission of an administrative offense", the lawyers emphasize.
To be removed from the wanted list, the TCK notifies the police of the absence of grounds for detention. This is done through an official notification signed by the head of the relevant TCK. If a report has been drawn up or if no violations are found, a corresponding resolution is issued.
"Such a notification must include the last name, first name, and patronymic (if applicable), the address of the declared/registered place of residence (stay), date of birth, other information (if applicable), as well as a unique outgoing number and a qualified electronic signature of the authorized person ", the experts add.
Previously, "Telegraph" reported on how to cancel the status of "violation of military registration" in "Reserve+". Lawyers explain that the issue can be resolved in writing.
