On the night of December 20-21, Russians used a Shahed-type strike drone to attack a high-rise building in a district of Kharkiv. As a result of the strike, six individuals were injured, and there was partial destruction of the residential structure.
This was reported by the State Emergency Service of Kharkiv region. They noted that six residents of the building were injured, and three people were rescued from the rubble.
"In the Saltivskyi district, an enemy drone hit a 9-story residential building. Six people were injured, including a 12-year-old child. Emergency responders rescued three individuals. The facade of the building was damaged, apartments on the lower floors were affected, and a fire broke out, which was extinguished at 23:04," the statement said.
The State Emergency Service also released photos from the attack site, showcasing the scale of the destruction.
