Russians may have seized three settlements in the Pokrovsk direction, according to DeepState (battle maps).

We are on the 1059th day of the full-scale war against Russian occupiers. Since the beginning of the past day, January 16, there have been 131 combat engagements at the front. The Russians have occupied three more settlements in the Pokrovsk direction of the Donetsk region.

According to data from the DeepState portal, the enemy has occupied Peschanoye, Slavyanka, and Yasenovo. Additionally, the Russians made advances near Novoandreevka, Dachnoye, Kotlinoe, Zverevoye, in Vremeevka, and Chasov Yar.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that as of 22:00 on January 16, in the Pokrovsk direction, the Russians carried out 47 attacks. Fighting occurred in the areas of the settlements of Zelenoe Pole, Yelizavetovka, Mirolubovka, Luch, Lisovka, Novy Trud, Pokrovsk, Shevchenko, Zverevoye, Kotlino, Uspenovka, Slavyanka, Petropavlovka, Andreevka, Ulakly, Kurakhovo, Dachnoye, and Yantarnoe.

By the time of the report, Russian losses in this direction amounted to 300 soldiers killed and wounded. Our troops also destroyed four enemy vehicles, and significantly damaged an enemy tank, a mortar, and one enemy vehicle.

In the Kramatorsk direction, the Russian army launched seven attacks. They advanced in the areas of Privolye, Belaya Gora, Grigorievka, and Chasov Yar. According to the General Staff, all attempts by the invaders to advance were halted by Ukrainian soldiers.

In the Toretsk direction, the enemy carried out 12 assault actions. The Russians attacked the positions of Ukrainian units near Krymskoye, Leonidovka, Toretsk, and Shcherbinovka.

In the Novopavlivka direction, there were 10 attacks by the occupiers. Fighting took place near Konstantinopol, Velikaya Novoselka, and Vremeevka.
