The "Diia" app currently lacks access to over 20 digital services provided by the government. The official reason for this unavailability is technical work being carried out by the state enterprise "National Information Systems" on the portal.
This information is mentioned in a press release on the digital government services portal "Diia." They are unable to specify a date for the completion of the technical work on the portal.
"Diia" does not store personal data; it only pulls information from registries, and a number of services are temporarily unavailable on the portal and in the app, the message states.
The following services are currently unavailable in the app:
"Specialists are already working to restore services to normal operation as soon as possible," the press release added.
As a reminder, on December 19, the Ministry of Justice reported a large-scale attack by Russian hackers on the institution. A significant number of important state registries were affected; preliminary estimates suggest that restoring their operation and data will take weeks at best.
Later, Deputy Prime Minister Olha Stefanishyna officially announced that the disruption was a result of a large-scale attack by Russian hackers on government registries. According to her, active work is currently underway to address the consequences. It will take weeks to restore priority access.
