"Spring" is coming to an end: What will the weather be like in Ukraine on January 30?

January is nearing its end, and with it comes an unexpected "spring." Weather in Ukraine on January 30 will still be dry and abnormally warm, but soon it will be time to pull out warm clothing and umbrellas.

This is stated in the forecast by Ukrhydrometcenter. The southern and eastern regions will be covered with clouds throughout the day, although forecasters do not expect any precipitation. In the rest of the country, the sun will even be visible during the day.

In the west, east, and south, daytime temperatures can range from +9 to +12 degrees Celsius, while in Crimea, it may reach as high as +16. The north and central regions of Ukraine will be a couple of degrees cooler.

At night, temperatures will drop to +3…+6 degrees, although in some central regions, it may cool down to +1.

On January 31, air temperatures in Ukraine will decrease by a couple of degrees, and short-term rain may occur in some areas. However, the real cold snap will arrive only on February 1, with daytime frosts possible on the second.

As previously reported, the well-known meteorologist Igor Kibalchich told "Telegraf" that weather anomalies will also be observed in February. Moreover, these anomalies will not be limited to Ukraine.
