This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
They stated that during the debris clearance operations, medical assistance was provided to 84 civilians, whose health condition is satisfactory. Four others are in serious condition.
The General Staff announced that those in urgent need of help were transported to medical facilities within Ukraine.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky reacted to this shelling, stating that the occupiers destroyed a building despite the presence of dozens of civilians. Zelensky emphasized that Russia has waged similar warfare in Chechnya and Syria.
“This is a state that is devoid of civilization. And this evil will not stop by itself. However, if we act strongly and decisively, even the Russians can be made to stop. This must be done to protect the world from Russian bombs,” the president added.
