In Poltava, Russians destroyed an apartment building's entrance with a missile, resulting in casualties and injuries.

The State Emergency Service reported this.

As a result of the attack, three people were killed, and ten others were injured, including a child.

The Russians destroyed an entrance from the 1st to the 5th floor, leading to a fire. Neighboring houses and 12 cars were also damaged.

Emergency rescue operations are ongoing at the site. Rescuers have already saved 21 individuals.

Russian military forces launched a missile attack on Ukraine on the morning of February 1. Consequently, emergency power outages were implemented in Kharkiv, Sumy, Poltava, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kirovohrad regions.

In Kharkiv, a woman was killed, and five others were injured. In the Mirgorod district of Poltava region, energy infrastructure was damaged.

Additionally, overnight, the occupiers attacked Zaporizhzhia with drones, injuring a man.
