In Poltava, where a Russian missile struck an apartment building in the morning, residents felt strange tremors on the evening of February 1. This refers to an earthquake.

"According to the Main Center for Special Control, an earthquake occurred in the Poltava region. At 18:21, an earthquake with a magnitude of 3.67 was registered between Poltava and Reshetylivka," the message states.
It is noted that the tremors were recorded at a depth of 3 km. Preliminary data indicates that there are no negative consequences, and there have been no reports to the State Emergency Service.
"Earthquake in Poltava. Residents in several districts of the city felt the underground tremors a few minutes ago," local social media reports.
Additionally, the seismic monitoring portal has not reported any new earthquake in Poltava.
According to their data, the last earthquake in Poltava occurred on November 9, 2024, at 20:30, with a magnitude of 3 on the Richter scale.
