The head of the regional military administration Oleg Kiper and the State Emergency Service (SES) reported this.
They specified that among the injured are two children. Additionally, residential buildings in the region have been damaged, dozens of cars have burned, and a fire occurred at a warehouse.
Earlier, the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced that the epicenter of the nighttime strike by the Russians on Ukraine was the Odessa region. The Odessa publication "Dumska" reported a significant fire in a residential complex due to the impact of Russian drones.
Kiper confirmed the strike on two residential complexes—one of which, in the village of Avangard, experienced a large-scale fire. About 15 cars caught fire there, and residential buildings were damaged.
In Odessa, the strike hit the buildings of multi-story residential complexes, shattering windows. A private house was also destroyed, leading to a subsequent fire. A whole family was affected there: the father and his 16-year-old son are in the hospital, while the mother has died.
