In Kyiv, a Heroes' Alley has been inaugurated to honor the military.

This has been reported by correspondents from Novyny.LIVE.

What is known about the Alley of Heroes

For many attendees, the opening of the Alley was a deeply personal event. Ksenia Shiyan, the wife of a fallen warrior, noted that this space serves not only as a place of remembrance but also as a source of support:

"For the military, it’s a memory of their comrades, and they understand that they are not alone, that they are always remembered and honored."

This day was especially significant for Valentina, the mother of the deceased serviceman.

"My son died, today marks exactly 5 months... But during this time, I realized that it was not in vain that I gave birth to such a son,” the woman shared.

The organizers emphasized that the Alley of Heroes has become not only a symbol of gratitude but also an essential part of societal unity. It is a place where relatives and friends can come to pay their respects to those who gave their lives for Ukraine.

We remind you that on February 20, Ukraine celebrates the Day of the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred. Volodymyr and Olena Zelensky honored the fighters for Ukraine's freedom.

Additionally, in Ukraine, special payments are allocated to the victims of the Revolution of Dignity and their family members.
