On Monday, February 24, marking the anniversary of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, esteemed guests arrived. Among them were European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen and European Council President Antonio Costa, along with other high-ranking officials. Temporary traffic and parking restrictions will be enforced in the capital due to the visit of foreign delegations.

This was reported by a correspondent from "Suspilne." The publication showcased the reception of the guests at the railway station.

According to media reports, a meeting of leaders from partner countries will take place in the capital today, where they will discuss peace, security guarantees, and the future of collective security.

Additionally, the Prime Minister of Canada, Justin Trudeau, as well as the Presidents of Lithuania and Latvia—Nauseda and Rinkevics, and the Prime Ministers of Estonia and Spain, Kaja Kallas and Pedro Sánchez, were also welcomed in Kyiv, as reported by a correspondent from Suspilne.

Published footage shows that the guests were personally greeted by the Head of the President's Office, Andriy Yermak, and Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha. On the platform, everyone exchanged friendly greetings, shook hands, and even embraced.

Leaders from Finland, Denmark, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden also arrived in Kyiv. This marks the third train with foreign delegations.

They were also welcomed at the railway station in Kyiv by the Head of the President's Office, Andriy Yermak, and Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha.

Previously, President Volodymyr Zelensky mentioned this himself. During the "Ukraine. Year 2025" forum, he stated that an important summit would take place.

The President of Ukraine intrigued many by suggesting that there might be a turning point.

"Thirteen partners will arrive, and 24 will join online. Tomorrow, I will propose that we meet in one of the capitals of Europe in the coming days to discuss what format of security guarantees could be provided for Ukraine," the message stated.
