On the morning of Monday, November 18, a BMW X6 crashed at high speed into a bus stop at the intersection of Zarechanskaya and Pobedy streets, where people were waiting.

This information was reported by Inna Glega, the head of the communications sector of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Khmelnytskyi region.

"The driver of the BMW X6, while traveling on Zarechanskaya Street, collided with a Skoda Octavia and a Mazda, after which he crashed into the bus stop," Glega explained.
As a result of the accident, three women (aged 60, 56, and 53) who were at the bus stop died from their injuries.

Preliminary data indicates that the driver showed signs of intoxication. Police detained him at the scene.

A forensic investigative team is working at the scene to determine all the circumstances.
