According to updated information from the chairman of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Oleg Synegubov, four people died as a result of the strike, and the number of injured has risen to 24. Among the injured is a 15-year-old girl who suffered a shrapnel wound. Her condition is moderate. Three other individuals are currently in surgery receiving necessary medical assistance.

The mayor of Izyum, Valeriy Marchenko, confirmed that the missile damaged buildings housing the tax office, social protection department, and treasury. All emergency services are on-site, and information is being clarified.

Recall that on February 4, a powerful explosion occurred in Izyum. It later became known that as a result of the attack, dozens of people were injured and several individuals died on the spot.
