Trump delivered a speech, declaring his victory in the elections.

He made this statement during his speech.

He expressed gratitude to everyone who voted and promised all voters that they “will be very happy”.

He also declared that the victory in this election is a “political win that has never been seen in the history of the United States”, but acknowledged that these elections were exceedingly challenging.

During the speech, Trump was joined on stage by his closest associates, including his wife Melania, vice-presidential candidate James D. Vance, and American billionaire Elon Musk.

U.S. Presidential Elections

Before announcing his victory, Trump secured the majority of votes in the most crucial swing state — Pennsylvania. He also won in two other swing states — North Carolina and Georgia. In the remaining four key states — Arizona, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Nevada, where the vote counting is ongoing — Trump holds an advantage.

According to the Associated Press, the Republican candidate already has 267 electoral votes out of the 270 needed for victory, compared to 224 for his opponent Kamala Harris.

World leaders have begun congratulating Trump on his victory. French President Emmanuel Macron expressed his willingness to “work together as we have for the past four years.” Among the leaders who congratulated Trump are the Prime Ministers of the United Kingdom, Israel, Hungary, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

Alongside the presidential voting in the U.S., Congressional elections are also taking place — the legislative body of the country. Republicans have managed to gain a majority in the Senate, which is the upper chamber of Congress, and they also have a chance to maintain control over the lower chamber — the House of Representatives.
