Syrytsky met with Sternenko following allegations of his involvement in the search for him.
Сырский встретился с волонтерами и представителями гражданского общества

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

In addition to Sternenko, volunteer Igor Lachenko, founder of the Dignitas charity fund Lyubov Shipovich, and human rights activist and co-founder of the public organization "Principle" Lyubov Galan met with Syrsky.

Also present were Vitaliy Levchenko, head of the Military Law Enforcement Service, and Andrey Martynov, head of the Main Department for Psychological Support of Personnel.

The meeting was facilitated by Dmitry Litvin, an advisor to President Volodymyr Zelensky on communication issues.

The General Staff stated that during the meeting they discussed "a number of issues that are urgent for the functioning of all components of the Defense Forces of Ukraine," specifically technological innovations and the challenges of consolidating society around the army.

"Such practices will further help mitigate the destructive influence of the enemy on the personnel and Ukrainian society," the General Staff's message reads.

Sternenko also wrote about his meeting with Syrsky. According to him, he believes it is essential to "utilize all opportunities to convey the issues faced by the military directly and honestly."

Therefore, he addressed the "most pressing issues" — particularly the establishment of an effective transfer mechanism and the need to assess the effectiveness of commanders "to maximize the preservation of personnel," as well as the further development of unmanned systems.

Search for Sternenko

On November 7, volunteer and blogger Sergey Sternenko reported that the Primorsky TCK and SP of Odessa allegedly declared him wanted due to his failure to appear at the military enlistment office as summoned.

He stated that the summons was sent to him in Odessa, although he currently lives in Kyiv and had indicated this during the data update, and on the day he was allegedly declared wanted, he was attending a meeting at the Ministry of Defense.

Subsequently, the Odessa TCK explained that Sternenko wants to discredit the work of military enlistment offices with his publication and that he has already visited the enlistment office that issued the document declaring him wanted, paying a fine for violating military registration rules. He was also directed to undergo a military medical commission.

After that, citing his own sources in the General Staff, Sternenko claimed that the order for his wanted status personally came from the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Alexander Syrsky. Thus, according to the blogger, he is seeking revenge for criticism of the military system.
