As a result of the enemy shelling, several buildings were damaged, and multiple vehicles were also hit. In addition to the two fatalities, at least 12 people are known to have been injured.
Currently, emergency rescue operations are ongoing at the strike site.
According to the Regional State Administration, on the past day, November 21, Russian forces shelled the border areas and settlements in Sumy region 9 times. A total of 23 explosions were recorded in the region.
The communities of Khotyn, Belopillia, Krasnopillia, and Lebedyn were subjected to shelling. The latter was also attacked with a missile. As a result of the shelling, four private houses, a non-residential building, and an educational institution were damaged.
