The invaders continue to bring in "colonizers" to the occupied Mariupol and provide them with living conditions. Meanwhile, the local residents have to endure real torment.
Recently, a video surfaced online showing a joyful woman talking about her restored apartment. However, it turned out that this "Mariupol resident" is actually from the distant and cold Tyumen region.
The video was published on local Telegram channels, after which the residents of Mariupol noticed that the woman had a very atypical accent for the city.
Since nothing can be hidden online, information about the woman was quickly uncovered. It turned out she lives in Novy Urengoy, which is beyond the Ural Mountains.
5 6 7"Then, such characters with equally genuine emotions will say that there were never any Ukrainians in Mariupol, that it's Russian land, etc.," reacted to this information blogger Denis Kazansky.
As for the native residents, Russians continue to mock them in various ways. For instance, it was noticed online that utility workers delivered bills to a house destroyed by the Russian invasion. To prevent the papers from flying away, they notably pressed them down with a piece of the ruined wall.
8 9 0And this is not the only "nonsense" happening in the city. According to the Mariupol City Council, the occupiers have halted "major repairs" on Olympiyskaya Street until spring. Residents of the building, in turn, discovered that the Russians had cut the seams, stolen the radiators, and returned back to Russia.
Apparently, no one is interested in how people will survive the winter there. The city council also notes that frozen repairs and the lack of heating are a widespread issue in the Left Bank area.
1Let us remind you that it has been nearly 2.5 years since the occupation of Mariupol, yet the situation in the city is getting worse. And although the occupying authorities claim they are making efforts to restore the city, the reality is not so "rosy."
