The missiles were launched at the Odesa region from the Black Sea, while the "Shahed" drones were fired from Primorsk-Akhtarsk in Russia.
One missile and 25 drones were successfully intercepted, most of them in the Odesa region. Additionally, air defense operations were conducted in Mykolaiv, Kirovohrad, and Ternopil regions.
The head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleg Kiper, stated that as a result of the Russian attack, a residential apartment building in the city was destroyed. Other high-rise buildings, around thirty cars, and a main heating pipeline were also damaged.
As a result of the shelling, one woman was killed, and according to data from the State Emergency Service, 10 people were injured, including a 9-year-old boy.
