On the night of November 9, Russians once again attacked Odessa with strike drones. As a result of the attack, a UAV hit a residential complex in the city, igniting a very intense fire at the impact site.
This was reported by local channels. Authorities in Odessa have not yet commented on the consequences of the attack – the head of the Odessa Regional Administration Oleg Kiper only posted a message about the drone attack on the city.
"The enemy is attacking Odessa and the area with strike drones. Our air defense forces are engaged. Stay in shelters!" – the message states.
Meanwhile, channels in the city are publishing videos of a large fire in the courtyard of one of Odessa's residential complexes. Preliminary reports suggest that the UAV did not strike the building directly but fell in front of it, igniting parked cars. It is still unknown whether there are any casualties or injured as a result of the attack.
Recall that on the night of November 8, Russians attacked the Odessa region using Shahed-136 kamikaze drones. As a result of the nighttime attack, one person died, and nine others sustained injuries of varying severity.
Additionally, earlier "Telegraph" reported that on the night of November 8, the Russian Federation also attacked the Kyiv region. There are injuries, and residential buildings were damaged.
