The drone attack was reported by the governors of the Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, and the Novgorod region, Andrei Nikitin.
According to Gladkov, several drones were shot down over the Alexeyevsky district of Belgorod region. Their debris fell onto the premises of a local enterprise in the city of Alexeyevka, damaging the production facilities.
Additionally, damage was recorded at an infrastructure facility and along a power line. Residents of several streets were left without electricity. However, the governor assures that no one was injured.
The head of the Ukrainian Center for Counteracting Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council, Andrei Kovalenko, stated that the EFCO company’s plant in Belgorod region was attacked. This company publicly produces food products but also manufactures cargo drones used by the Russian army.

Meanwhile, authorities in Novgorod region also reported the destruction of several drones. According to officials, no one was harmed there. At the same time, Kovalenko mentioned that 13 arsenals of the Main Rocket and Artillery Directorate were attacked near the village of Kotovo in the Russian region.
These arsenals contained shells for artillery, mortars, rockets for Grad, Smerch, and Uragan multiple launch rocket systems, as well as Iskander missiles, KN23 missiles from North Korea, anti-aircraft missiles up to S-300, S-400, and ammunition for the Tor missile system.
The Russian Telegram channel Astra, citing the administration of the Kotovo rural settlement, wrote that residents of the village were evacuated after the attack.
Furthermore, the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense reported the destruction of a command post of the Russian Northern military grouping in the city of Gubkin in Belgorod region. Residents of the city witnessed thick smoke and heard explosions.
The exact timing of this attack and the type of weapon used have not been disclosed by the intelligence services.
