A lawmaker suggests implementing declaration requirements by the NAZK for employees of the Territorial Recruitment Centers (TCC).

The Member of Parliament pointed out that it is necessary to verify the property status of officials at territorial centers for staffing, as bribery cannot be ruled out.

"When we beat one, excuse me, stuff him into a bus, and fire another for 10 thousand dollars, that’s unfair," Vasilievskaya-Smaglyuk said.

At the same time, she described the bill proposing criminal liability for TCC employees for illegal mobilization or unlawful exemption from conscription as populism. Physical violence against a person is already punishable under the Criminal Procedure Code.

Recall that recently in Odesa, a TCC employee was detained for demanding a bribe for a summons. He faces ten years in prison.

Additionally, a medical examiner in Sumy extorted bribes for a villa in Italy. The "cost" of her services amounted to up to 20 thousand hryvnias, depending on the diagnosis.
