This is reported by LIGA.net referencing a source within the command of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to the publication's informant, inspections will be conducted in units where soldiers are actively transferred through the electronic system, as well as in those from which personnel flee to SOCHI to subsequently reintegrate into other combat units.
Following these inspections, commanders who fail to protect their personnel, neglect their welfare, or engage in inappropriate relationships will be reassigned to different positions and will not be allowed to work with personnel.
On November 12, the government adopted a resolution that established a transparent mechanism for transfers of soldiers between military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This applies to transfers initiated by the soldiers themselves, as President Volodymyr Zelensky explained.
Transfers can be initiated through the "Army+" app. Verification of reports takes 72 hours, and the results can be viewed in the same app. If a transfer is denied, clear reasons must be provided.
Today, November 22, marks the seventh day since this function was launched. The Ministry of Defense reported that 2,664 electronic reports have already been processed, with 811 of them receiving approval.
