"The enemy launched three ballistic missiles at the historic center of Odessa," Kiper reported.

The official also noted that the strike on the city's historic center openly demonstrates Russia's intent to target civilians.

"The impact site is currently being surveyed. It is still unknown how severe the damage is," Kiper stated.
