This is reported by Bloomberg citing sources.

It is noted that Erdogan will propose to postpone discussions about Ukraine's NATO membership for at least 10 years as a concession to Russia.

The Turkish proposal also includes the establishment of a demilitarized zone in eastern Ukraine. Erdogan will suggest deploying international forces there as an additional guarantee. In return for agreeing to remain outside NATO, Ukraine will receive guarantees for military supplies.

Turkish officials acknowledge that such a proposal will be difficult for Ukraine to accept but consider it the most realistic approach, according to Bloomberg.

According to the publication, Erdogan hopes to persuade Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to participate in peace talks in Istanbul.

It is worth noting that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky was not invited to speak at the G20 summit. Russian President Vladimir Putin is not participating due to the risk of disrupting the event. In Brazil, he could be arrested under an International Criminal Court warrant.
