Men of conscription age in Ukraine continue to receive summons, and it is essential for each individual to know what information must be included in this document. There are specific requirements that must be met for the summons to be considered legally valid.
The form must include not only fields for the full name and reason for the call to the TCC, but also a number of other details. This is noted by RBK-Ukraine.
It is emphasized that those liable for military service who receive a summons are required to report to the military enlistment office by the specified date for clarification.
What must be included in the summons:
- the last name, first name, patronymic, and date of birth of the citizen to whom the summons is addressed;
- the name of the district (city) TCC (or its departments) that issued the summons;
- the purpose of the call to the TCC;
- the place, day, and time of appearance as per the summons;
- the title, first name, last name, signature of the official who issued the summons, and the date of signing — for summons issued on official forms. Such summons are stamped with a state seal;
- the last name and first name of the head of the TCC or its department, and the date of applying a qualified electronic signature — for summons generated using the Unified State Registry of conscripts, military personnel, and reservists;
- the registration number of the summons;
- an explanation of the consequences of failing to appear and the obligation to report the reasons for non-appearance.
As a reminder, earlier "Telegraf" reported on how to check if you are subject to mobilization. This depends on when the last medical examination was conducted for the man.
