Unemployed individuals in focus? The Ground Forces have revealed who is receiving summonses.

In November 2024, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal announced the priority of mobilizing unemployed Ukrainians who are not paying taxes. The Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine clarified the principles of the current draft.

Officer of the Communications Department of the Ground Forces Command, Nataliya Kindratyva, emphasized that there is no segregation based on official employment status. Reports Channel 24.

According to Kindratyva, mobilization activities are being carried out among all liable citizens, regardless of their social status or employment. Personnel from territorial recruitment centers (TRC) are conducting notifications both in public places and directly at enterprises.

"This part of the work is simply less visible than in public places", the officer explained.

Kindratyva also commented on the scandals surrounding TRC and SP, stressing that territorial recruitment centers are an integral part of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. She noted that the enemy is interested in having Ukrainians perceive TRC as a separate entity, which is why they actively spread disinformation.

We remind you who may receive a summons first this year. As the military leadership of the country has repeatedly stated, the army primarily needs individuals with combat experience.

There are also a number of specialists in high demand within the army. Such citizens likely have a chance to receive a summons first.

According to representative of the Ministry of Defense Dmytro Lazutkin, the army is most in need of:

• drone operators;
• IT specialists;
• drivers;
• shooters;
• reconnaissance personnel.
