Ukrainians continue to be surprised by the warm winter weather, which will persist even on Sunday, January 26. Most regions are expected to experience a moderately sunny day with no precipitation.
This is confirmed by data from the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center. According to meteorologists' forecasts, the thermometer will not drop below -2 degrees in most areas, and in some places, it may even exceed +5 degrees.
In western Ukraine, warm weather is anticipated on January 26. At night, the thermometer will dip to -2 degrees, with lower temperatures expected in mountainous regions; during the day, temperatures will range from +7 to +10 degrees. The sky will be intermittently covered by clouds, but forecasters do not predict any precipitation.
The northern regions will also enjoy favorable weather on Sunday. Throughout the day, temperatures will rise to +8 degrees, dropping to +2 degrees at night. There will be no rain or snow, although clouds will occasionally cover the sky.
In the eastern part of the country, it will feel spring-like, with temperatures fluctuating between +6 and +8 degrees during the day, and not dropping below +1 degree at night. Forecasters do not predict any precipitation.
The central and southern regions will also experience unusual warmth on January 26. Meteorologists forecast temperatures of up to +8 degrees during the day and up to +3 degrees at night. There will be no precipitation, but the sky will be intermittently cloudy.
