Assistance to Ukraine is not dependent on the size of the country

Overall, for Ukraine's defense needs, Denmark has provided assistance amounting to $30 million. This is a significant sum, proportional to Iceland's capabilities.

"We are grateful for this. Assistance depends not on the size of the country, but on political will and determination. Right now, we are united with Iceland by the values of freedom and democracy, the rule of law and justice, security and development in Europe. Today we also specifically discussed how we can further increase production by placing orders with Ukrainian manufacturers", emphasized Sibiga.

Katrín Gunnarsdóttir, in turn, assured that Iceland will continue to finance and invest in the Ukrainian defense industry based on the Danish model.
