According to the MIA, the death toll from the attack on the high-rise building has reached seven people.

"Rescuers have recovered the body of another individual. Thirteen people have been injured, including a child," the statement reads.

The ministry emphasized that emergency and rescue operations at the site of the shelling are ongoing.

As a reminder, strong explosions occurred in Sumy during the night of January 30. Rescuers and medics arrived at the scene immediately. According to the OVA, the strike was carried out by a Russian drone.
