This was reported by Spartak Borisenko, head of the Russian military crimes counteraction department, in a comment to journalist Novini.LIVE.
According to Borisenko, four generals and a colonel are involved in the strike on "Epicenter":
It is known that it was the 47th bomber aviation regiment, stationed in Voronezh at the "Buturlinovka" airfield, that launched the aircraft and subsequently dropped the bombs.
"As a result of the attack, 19 people died, and more than 50 were injured to varying degrees. All suspects face life imprisonment. The prosecutor and investigators are taking measures to place them on the international wanted list," Borisenko concluded.
Recall that on May 25, Russian forces struck Kharkiv, destroying the construction hypermarket "Epicenter". At the time of the attack, about 200 people were in the building. As a result of the attack, 19 people were killed.
Later, near the shelling site, rescuers and investigators found an unexploded ordnance. If it had detonated, the number of casualties could have been significantly higher.
