This was reported by the representative of the Kyiv City Military Administration, Yevhen Ievlev, during the broadcast of the program Vechir.LIVE.

According to Ievlev, some passes may have been issued to individuals who do not have a valid reason for moving at night.

"We have reasons to believe that some passes were granted to people who should not be moving during the curfew hours,” he emphasized.

The administration highlights the importance of adhering to curfew rules and urges citizens to act responsibly.

We remind you that the head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, Timur Tkachенко, stated that the Kyiv City State Administration issues passes for movement during the curfew.
