This was announced by the Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrei Sibiga during a briefing with British Foreign Minister David Lammy on Wednesday, February 5.
"The UK is providing £3 million to expand the 'Food from Ukraine' initiative," emphasized Sibiga.
Additionally, he expressed gratitude to Lammy for the extension of sanctions against the Russian shadow fleet. According to Sibiga, Kyiv will soon begin utilizing funds from a loan of over £2 billion provided by London. This money was obtained through frozen Russian assets.
Recall that on February 5, Sibiga announced a new aid package from Britain amounting to £55 million.
Earlier, Ukraine's ambassador to Britain Valeriy Zaluzhny spoke about David Lammy's visit to Kyiv.
