About the Journalists' Investigation

On December 4, journalists from Bihus.Info published a report claiming the ineffective work and undeclared assets of employees at the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Kyiv.

Specifically, the journalists stated that citizens have to sleep outside the center to receive a ticket for the practical exam. Bihus.Info noted that in 2023, the National Police investigated a case where the head of the center, along with several administrators, artificially created a shortage of tickets, which were then sold through intermediaries for 3,000 to 4,000 hryvnias.

Moreover, the journalists observed that some employees of this service center drive expensive cars that are not listed in their declarations or are declared under relatives' names.
