The body of the third victim of the shelling has been retrieved from the rubble. Emergency rescue operations at the strike site have been completed.
The shelling occurred on the evening of December 6. The Russians struck the city with ballistic missiles, hitting an administrative building.
In total, 17 people were injured as a result of the attack — they suffered cuts, bruises, and shrapnel wounds. Among the injured is a 6-year-old child, who was hospitalized in moderate condition.
According to data from the Regional State Administration, on December 6, Russian troops shelled the Nikopol district. The towns of Nikopol, Marganets, Mirovskoye, Krasnogrigoryevskaya, and Pokrovskaya communities came under attack.
Two men aged 57 and 79 were injured.
Thirteen private homes, seven outbuildings, five garages, and three passenger cars were damaged. A vehicle belonging to a food company and a fire tank were also mutilated. Several dozen solar panels, infrastructure, a store, and power lines were destroyed.
Additionally, the occupiers targeted the Grushevskaya community with a drone. No one was injured, but there is damage to the infrastructure.
