This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The strike targeted the fuel and lubricants storage facility "Oskolneftesnab," located near the city of Stary Oskol in the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation.
The attack was organized by the Drone Forces and Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, along with other Defense Forces units.
The consequences of the strike are being clarified. Preliminary information suggests that a fire broke out at the storage site.
"Striking such facilities creates significant logistical challenges for the Russian occupying army and greatly reduces their offensive capabilities,” the General Staff noted.
