This was reported by the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The occupiers launched drones from several directions: Cape Chauda, located in the temporarily occupied Crimea, as well as Millerovo, Bryansk, Kursk, Oryol, and Primorsko-Akhtarsk.
The air assault was repelled by anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, mobile fire groups of the Air Forces, and Defense Forces.
As a result of combat operations, 65 strike drones of the Shahed type and other types of unmanned aerial vehicles were destroyed in the Poltava, Sumy, Kharkiv, Cherkasy, Chernihiv, Kyiv, Khmelnytskyi, Dnipropetrovsk, Mykolaiv, and Odesa regions.
Additionally, 30 enemy imitation drones were lost to radar detection. According to the Air Forces, as a result of the nighttime attack, damage occurred to institutions, industrial enterprises, utility buildings, private homes, and apartment buildings in the Mykolaiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Kyiv, Cherkasy, Sumy, and Khmelnytskyi regions.
Special services are addressing the aftermath. Preliminary reports indicate that there were no casualties or injuries.
