The video conference is expected to take place on February 24, with participation from over 10 countries, including the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, and Poland. Representatives from the European Union and NATO are also anticipated to attend, as per the information agency's sources.
The planned meeting coincides with the visit to Kyiv by several European leaders, including European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen. Additionally, on February 24, EU foreign ministers will convene in Brussels, while French President Emmanuel Macron will visit Washington.
Previously, France held two emergency summits for European leaders following the statement from the U.S. President's special envoy for Ukraine, Kurt Volker, that Europe will not participate in negotiations to end the war.
The Telegraph, citing sources, reported that France and the United Kingdom have developed a strategy for peacekeeping forces, which includes the deployment of 30,000 European troops in Ukraine to ensure ceasefire compliance.
