“This is a lie. Reuters is lying. They only come second to AP (Associated Propaganda) as outdated news liars,” he wrote.
Earlier, Reuters reported, citing three sources, that American negotiators, who are pressuring Ukraine regarding a mining agreement, raised the issue of terminating the country’s access to Elon Musk's Starlink satellite communication system.
One of Reuters' sources noted that “losing Starlink would be a serious blow” for Ukraine.
Currently, Starlink satellite communication systems are being used both on the front lines and at critical infrastructure sites. In December 2024, SpaceX received a contract from the U.S. Department of Defense to expand Ukraine's access to Starshield — a more secure, militarized version of the Starlink satellite network.
