The Ternopil City District court has imposed a preventive measure on the commander of the 211th Pontoon-Bridge Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleg Poberezhnyuk, who was involved in the abuse of soldiers. He has been taken into custody for 2 months with an alternative bail of 908 thousand hryvnias.

Putin's proposal for a "duel" between Russia and the West
