This was revealed by the Minister of Digital Transformation Mikhail Fedorov during the Defence Tech Innovation Forum 2025, writes "Suspilne".
According to Fedorov, the military will be able to purchase drones using "e-points," which will be awarded to units for destroyed equipment.
"We want to offer a solution for the military through the 'e-points' system. Units will have points, the military will choose drones, the government will pay companies, and the drones will be delivered to the military," the minister explained.
Head of the Brave1 cluster Natalia Kushnerskaya noted that the marketplace will feature products only from verified manufacturers. She added that a test version of the online store is expected to launch in a month.
"We are building a closed, secure system. On one side, verified manufacturers will be able to add their products, and on the other side — verified military personnel. Fighters will be able to view offers for what they need and can contact the manufacturer directly," Kushnerskaya emphasized.
Brave1 also plans to launch a website for manufacturers with a step-by-step guide on how to undergo product codification according to NATO standards. This is a mandatory requirement to receive government contracts.
This cluster aims to develop military technologies in Ukraine, established on the initiative of the Ministry of Digital Transformation in collaboration with the Ministry of Defense, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the National Security and Defense Council, the Ministry of Strategic Industries, and the Ministry of Economy.
In December 2024, in an interview with "LIGA.Business," Kushnerskaya stated that more than 3100 developments and 1400 private manufacturers are registered in Brave1.
